Often we'll do things without stopping to consider 'why?', and sometimes, we won't do something because we have considered 'why?'.

Today is about asking that all important question - 'Why?' After listening to Steve's video, complete today's task:


  • Write down your answers to the 4 'Why?" questions for each goal

    • Why can I do it?
    • Why will I do it?
    • Why am I doing it?
  • Write down your answers to the 3 further questions for each goal
    • Who will I become?
    • How will my life improve?
    • How will I feel?
